An amount only counts if it is absorbed, which is why black pepper appears on two of these three labels at a stated amount rather than as a flavouring. Its piperine is there to potentiate the herbal actives beside it. Magnesium is not one ingredient either: malate, glycinate and taurate are three different bound forms, and the glycinate is buffered and gentle on the stomach.
