Our Terms of Purchase: how purchasing, renewals, fees, cancellations, and refunds work for HappyFit Wellness products and services.

A. Purchasing / Renewing
By purchasing and renewing your account with HappyFit Wellness products and services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Purchase Policy. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Purchase Policy, please do not purchase or renew anything and do not enter into any transaction with us. A binding contract is formed upon successful completion of payment and order confirmation.
Upon purchase, you shall be granted login credentials to access your HappyFit Wellness Products or Services such as the Bloom Restore System account. Access to digital content is provided immediately upon successful payment. By accessing the account, you acknowledge that the service has commenced and constitutes full performance.
Upon renewal, you are given continuous access to your Bloom Restore System account, if applicable. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of your login credentials. HappyFit Wellness shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access arising from the use or misuse of your login credentials. Only the authorised user of the login credentials is permitted to use the password-protected account. Group buys of HappyFit Wellness Products and Services such as Bloom Restore System are strictly prohibited, as is login sharing.
If you loan or disclose your login credentials knowingly or unknowingly, HappyFit Wellness shall not be held liable for any information breach in your account. HappyFit Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if unauthorised sharing or misuse is detected.
B. No Guarantee of Results
You accept, agree, and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from your participation. HappyFit Wellness does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing with regard to your health condition, or results of any kind. You are solely responsible for your own actions and results in health, which are dependent on factors that are personal to you, including (but not limited to) your skill, knowledge, ability, and dedication.
You accept, agree, and understand that any testimonials or endorsements provided by HappyFit Wellness's customers or audience that are represented through our Services, Websites, marketing materials, advertisements, or any of our communication channels have not been scientifically evaluated by us and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly. Any statements outlined on our Services, Websites, marketing materials, advertisements, or any of our communication channels are our opinions only and therefore are not guarantees or promises of actual performance.
The information given to you inside HappyFit Wellness products and services such as Bloom Restore System does not constitute professional legal, medical, psychological or financial advice and is general in nature. It does not take into account your specific circumstances nor does it verify the truthfulness and accuracy of what you are telling us during the duration of your program, and it should not be acted upon without a full understanding of your current situation and future goals and objectives. You are responsible for making the determination as to whether the information given to you during the program is suitable for your needs. We do not guarantee results or provide legal advice. HappyFit Wellness accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the use of this website, the Services, or reliance on the content of the Website or Services.
C. Fees
As consideration for any purchase you make on the Website(s), you shall pay us all applicable fees and taxes without offset of any kind. We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorise the nominated payment method (e.g. credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility) provided by you during the purchase and registration process for the full payment of all fees and applicable taxes owing (without offset of any kind), and you consent to the same. All payments will be charged and made in SG Dollars.
We offer the ability to provide payment via our Website(s) through a third-party payment service provider. You must provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information. You agree to only provide us with a payment method that you are authorised to use. If your billing information changes, you must promptly update us. All fees are subject to the refund policy set out in these Terms of Purchase.
D. Renewal Fees
If you are enrolled in a subscription or recurring plan, your payment method will be automatically charged the applicable renewal fee at the then-current rate on each billing cycle, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for charges incurred due to failure to cancel prior to renewal, except where required under applicable law.
If any payment is dishonoured, rejected, or not successfully processed, you agree to pay all outstanding amounts immediately upon demand. You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees or charges imposed by your payment provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bear all reasonable costs of collection, including legal fees, incurred in recovering any outstanding balance owed to us.
E. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All prices stated are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). At present, GST is not applicable to your purchase.
If GST becomes applicable under Singapore law, the Company reserves the right to charge GST at the prevailing rate.
F. Guarantee
HappyFit Wellness does not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results from purchasing or using the Service.
We are committed to providing guidance, methodology, and support through the Bloom Restore System approach. However, any progress or improvement depends on individual factors, including your condition, consistency, and adherence to the program.
The Service is designed to be completed within 6 weeks from the date you commence training.
G. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership subscription or opt out of renewal at any time.
To avoid automatic renewal charges, cancellation must be made at least five (5) days before the next billing date.
You are responsible for ensuring that your cancellation request is submitted in time. No refunds will be provided for renewal charges incurred due to late cancellation, except where required under applicable law.

H. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
All purchases, including programme enrollments, subscriptions, products, services, or any payments made to HappyFit Wellness Pte. Ltd., are final and non-refundable, except where required under applicable law or where a refund is approved by HappyFit Wellness Pte. Ltd. at its sole discretion and in accordance with these Terms.
No refund will be provided for:
- change of mind;
- failure to use the product, programme, subscription, or service;
- dissatisfaction based on personal expectations;
- late cancellation of a subscription;
- products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in their original condition;
- failure to attend, participate in, or complete any programme, session, webinar, or service.
Where a Service or Product is sold as a bundled offering, no partial refund shall be granted for any individual component of the bundle.
Any refund request may be subject to verification and approval by HappyFit Wellness Pte. Ltd. If a refund is approved, an administrative fee of SGD $50 and a processing fee of up to 4% of the refunded amount may apply. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
For physical product returns, customers must submit a return request within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange, unless required under applicable law.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging;
- proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided;
- the item must be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided by HappyFit Wellness Pte. Ltd.
Returned items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
I. Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Purchase at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective upon publication on the Website.
You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.
