Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Where do I start?
Every Pain Relief Specialist starts at Step 1: Foundations of Whole-Body Recovery. It's a self-paced online module covering the kinetic chain, postural assessment, and BloomQueen's recovery-first framework. Once you complete it, you can move into Applied Pain Pattern Mapping (Step 2), or pause and continue when you're ready.
What is the BloomQueen Pain Relief Specialist method?
A four-step progressive curriculum built around the kinetic chain: the idea that pain in one part of the body almost always comes from imbalance somewhere else. Specialists learn structural assessment (verbal, visual, movement), self-myofascial release, stretching, and strength training as corrective tools, plus BloomQueen's proprietary FAST Method for sequencing them safely with clients.
Does this approach work for clients with chronic pain?
Yes, chronic pain is exactly what the certification is built for. The framework treats long-standing pain as a symptom of compensatory movement patterns rather than just local tissue damage. Specialists learn to identify the root pattern, then prescribe corrective exercises that resolve the cause instead of masking the symptom. Real-world case studies in the course cover neck & shoulder pain, lower back pain, and knee pain.
Who is this certification for?
Physical therapists, fitness professionals, recovery coaches, massage therapists, yoga teachers, and movement coaches who want to deliver lasting results rather than temporary relief. You bring practical client experience; we provide the framework, assessment lens, and corrective protocols. No formal medical prerequisite is required for Step 1.
Can I really learn this fully online?
Yes, every step is delivered remotely, including the live practical residency. Steps 1, 2, and 4 combine video, live cohort sessions, and portfolio review. Step 3 is a live online practical block over Zoom where you run assessments and corrections with your own clients under supervision. You never need to travel.
What can I do once I'm certified?
You'll be able to assess clients across the kinetic chain, design corrective-exercise programs that target the root cause of pain, and integrate the FAST Method into your existing practice. Certified Pain Relief Specialists are listed in the BloomQueen Specialist Directory and may use the certification marks on their website and marketing.
